The digital and
connected field

the great challenge
of the 21st century

In 2018 the 6th Forum of Agriculture of South America proposes a positive and proposition-oriented agenda in the discussion of the digital, globalized  agribusiness that needs to be more and more connected.

From the main productive chains to the variables that impact on the agricultural and livestock activity, the schedule puts grains, meat, market, technology, innovation, logistics and the so-called agriculture 4.0 in debate. A debate on the trends of the global scenario from the potential and perspectives of South America.

SUCCESSION IN THE FIELD PROVIDED THE TONE OF THE 2017 DEBATES

With the theme "Succession, Management and Technology: it is the Field of the Future and in Transformation", the 5th Forum of Agriculture of South America contextualized the agroeconomic scenario, pointing to social and market trends. The discussions led to the realization that efficiency needs to be increased, making the field of the future increasingly connected, in an environment where management and technology are not options, but rather conditions for the success of the activity.
